Ascendo Resources is seeking a Bilingual Logistics Coordinator in Jacksonville, FL. This role manages daily shipping and transportation activities and serves as the primary contact for customers, trucking companies, terminals, and vendors.

Fluency in English and Spanish is essential, and strong organizational skills are required. You will coordinate shipments, track cargo, handle invoices, resolve service issues, and ensure compliance with regulations while providing excellent customer service

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Fluency in English and Spanish required.
• Logistics, shipping, transportation, or customer service experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipment bookings, pickups, deliveries, and dispatching.
• Track shipments and provide timely updates to customers.
• Communicate with trucking companies, terminals, and vendors to resolve logistical issues.
• Process customer invoices, vendor invoices, and additional service charges.
• Maintain accurate shipment records, customer profiles, and billing documentation.
• Monitor equipment usage and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and safety procedures.
• Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email.
• Identify process improvements and support daily operational needs.
