Qualifications

• Hands-on ocean shipping or ocean freight experience.
• Experience coordinating with customers, trucking companies, terminals, and vendors.
• Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate full shipment lifecycle from booking to vessel loading.
• Communicate with customers, trucking partners, terminals, and vendors to keep shipments on schedule.
• Monitor tracking, provide status updates, and resolve delays or issues.
• Coordinate vessel load lists and reconcile cargo loaded.
• Manage intermodal coordination and cargo release processes.
• Maintain shipment records, customer profiles, and logistics data.
• Process invoices and accessorial charges; track billing discrepancies.
• Support customs, export documentation, and regulatory compliance.
