• Basic MS Word, Excel, and Outlook knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily inbound/outbound capacity and service levels for customers.
• Arrange loads for dispatch and update systems per policies.
• Collaborate with Customer Service and Warehouse to meet service dates and requirements.
• Monitor carrier appointments and load plans to align with customer expectations.
• Escalate issues with data to Managers and Directors and propose solutions.
