Job summary

Huzzle Ltd. is hiring a bilingual Logistics Coordinator (English & Spanish) to join a growing US freight brokerage and develop into a Full-Cycle Account Manager.

This is more than a traditional track-and-trace or logistics support position. You'll begin by managing shipment coordination, carrier communication, and transportation operations before progressing into freight quoting, carrier sourcing, rate negotiation, and customer account management.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Excellent verbal communication and phone skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines.
• Comfortable working in a fully remote environment.
• Interested in progressing to an Account Manager role.

Responsibilities

• Track shipments and provide pickup, transit, and delivery updates.
• Vet carriers and coordinate with drivers for execution.
• Maintain accurate documents and PODs in the system.
• Resolve delays and carrier issues proactively.
• Manage customer communications and weekend support.
• Prepare competitive freight quotes using market rates.
• Source US carriers and negotiate rates.
• Manage load coverage and freight pricing.
• Build knowledge of margins and specialized freight.
• Grow account relationships from quoting to delivery.
