Job summary

Huzzle is seeking an Account Manager / Client Success Manager for a fast-paced logistics team. You will own the full lifecycle from initial quotes to delivery, negotiating rates with carriers and maintaining shipment visibility.

This role offers strong commission potential and rapid progression in a fully remote setting focused on LATAM markets. The ideal candidate is bilingual ( English/Spanish ), with 1–2 years in freight brokerage, excellent communication, and a proactive ownership mindset.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required, written and spoken.
• 1–2 years in freight brokerage, logistics coordination, or carrier sales.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.
• Ownership mindset with proactive problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Vet carriers, quote freight, and negotiate rates with providers.
• Own assigned accounts from initial quote to delivery and retention.
• Maintain shipment visibility and proactive client updates.
• Identify and resolve potential service issues before impact.
• Document data in TMS and ensure accurate records.
