Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED and 1 year of experience or 3 years of relevant equivalent experience in lieu of diploma/GED.
• 0-2+ years working within business, finance, application review or customer service.
• Bilingual Spanish.
• PC skills in a Windows environment; Word and Excel required.
• Ability to initiate and follow through on projects and work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to understand interest in loan products and guide completing loan applications.
• Provide guidance related to required paperwork and ensure accurate data entry.
• Manage assigned workload with available tools and resources to meet deadlines.
• Deliver quality customer care through inbound/outbound calls and follow-up.
