Job summary

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Sales, collections, banking, retail, or finance experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with loan applications and approvals.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Promote loan products and additional services.
• Process payments and maintain accurate account records.
• Contact customers regarding payment arrangements and account status.
• Support daily branch operations and administrative tasks.
• Deliver outstanding customer service in both English and Spanish.
