Qualifications

• 1 year Customer Service experience in any field.
• 6 months Collections experience is a plus.
• High School or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process loan applications accurately and assemble/verify loan documents.
• Contact customers regarding payment arrangements and extensions.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and complete loan paperwork.
• Enter payments and maintain loan notes in the system.
• Assist branch manager to oversee office operations in absence of manager.
• Sell ancillary products and contribute to loan growth.
