You will handle payment arrangements, loan extensions, and modifications, and when needed assist with office operations in the manager's absence.

Qualifications

• 1 year customer service experience in any field.
• 6 months collections experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and persuasive sales skills.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

• Persuade customers to pay or arrange payments via phone or mail.
• Close loans by ensuring all requirements are explained.
• Make collection calls on overdue accounts.
• Use location services to locate past due customers.
• Review pending applications and contact prospects to ensure timely processing.
• Sell loans to former and prospective customers to drive growth.
• Sell ancillary products such as taxes, referrals, and car club where applicable.
• Maintain loan documents and forms per guidelines and laws.
• Prepare copies of financial and legal documents as requested.
• Enter payments into loan management software accurately.
• Record and maintain collection notes on account screens.
• Support branch operations in manager's absence to maintain productivity.
