OneMain Financial in Mississippi is seeking a customer service–oriented loan specialist to support the full loan lifecycle, from application through repayment, including outreach for collections when needed.

You will engage customers across phone, email, and in-person interactions, present tailored loan solutions, and help clients understand terms and options. The role is on-site with opportunities for advancement and a full benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Sales, Collections or Customer Service experience preferred.
• Spanish language skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Multitask and adapt to changing demands while delivering timely service.
• Exceed customer expectations with empathy and encouragement toward goals.
• Develop and maintain connections with customers throughout loan process.
• Manage loan lifecycle including collections while staying compliant with laws.
• Engage customers via phone, email, chat and in-house systems.
• Educate customers on loan terms and optional insurance products.
