Job summary

OneMain Financial is seeking a Loan Sales Specialist to engage customers across the loan lifecycle, delivering tailored financing solutions with empathy and accuracy. The role emphasizes strong customer service, compliance, and cross-functional collaboration to hit individual and branch goals.

You will communicate via phone, email, chat, and our in-house systems, with a schedule Monday–Friday and occasional Saturday hours.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Preferred: Sales, Collections or Customer Service experience.
• Bilingual Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Multitask and adapt to dynamic role demands to provide timely service.
• Exceed customer expectations through ease, empathy and encouragement toward branch goals.
• Engage customers throughout the loan process with tailored solutions based on needs.
• Manage loan lifecycle, including collections activities, compliant with laws and regulations.
• Interact with customers and other departments via phone, email, chat and in-house systems.
• Demonstrate achievement orientation and drive toward personal and team goals.
• Educate customers on optional insurance products, ensuring understanding of loans, terms and options.
