OneMain Financial is seeking a Loan Sales Specialist to help customers access friendly, fast financing for life’s expenses. You will listen to needs, present tailored loan solutions, and guide borrowers through the process in a supportive, goal-oriented environment.

This on-site role offers professional development, incentives for individual and branch performance, and a collaborative team culture. A high school diploma and Spanish bilingual ability are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Preferred: Sales, Collections or Customer Service experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Multitask and adapt to dynamic demands to ensure timely service.
• Exceed customer expectations with ease, empathy and encouragement to meet goals.
• Develop new connections and maintain relationships by guiding customers through loan life cycle and presenting tailored solutions.
• Manage the life cycle of loans, including collections activities, while complying with laws and regulations.
• Engage with customers via phone, email, chat and our in-house systems.
• Exhibit a passion for achievement and a goal-oriented attitude.
• Clearly educate customers on optional insurance products and loan terms.
