Job summary

OneMain is seeking a Loan Sales Specialist who empowers customers by listening to their needs and delivering friendly, fast, and affordable financing solutions for life’s expenses. The role supports professional development and advancement within a dynamic, supportive environment.

The position is on-site with a Monday–Friday schedule and potential Saturday hours. Bilingual Spanish is required; prior Sales/Collections/Customer Service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Bilingual Spanish is required.
• Preferred: Sales, Collections or Customer Service experience.

Responsibilities

• Effectively multitask and adapt to dynamic demands of the role.
• Exceed customer expectations through ease, empathy and encouragement, delivering results related to goals.
• Develop new connections and maintain relationships by engaging customers throughout the loan process and life cycle, presenting tailored solutions.
• Manage the life cycle of loans, including collections activities while complying with laws and regulations.
• Engage with customers and other departments through multiple channels: phone, email, chat, and in-house systems.
• Exhibit a drive to achieve and maintain a goal-oriented attitude.
• Educate customers on optional insurance products, ensuring understanding of loans, terms and options.
