OneMain Financial in Evansville, IN seeks a Loan Sales Specialist to help customers access friendly, fast, and affordable financing for life’s expenses. You’ll work on-site Monday‑Friday with occasional extended hours and possibly Saturdays, guided by team goals and incentives.

You will multitask, educate customers on loan terms and insurance options, develop connections through multiple channels, and navigate the loan lifecycle including collections while ensuring compliance and exceptional

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Preferred: Sales, Collections or Customer Service experience.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Effectively multitask and adapt to dynamic demands, ensuring timely service.
• Exceed customer expectations through ease, empathy and encouragement to reach branch goals.
• Develop new connections and maintain existing ones by guiding customers through loan lifecycle with tailored solutions.
• Manage the life cycle of loans, including collections, while staying compliant with laws and regulations.
• Engage with customers and departments via phone, email, chat and in-house systems.
• Demonstrate passion for achievement with a goal‑oriented attitude.
• Educate customers on optional insurance products and explain loan terms and options.
