You will handle the full loan lifecycle, including outreach, servicing, and occasional collections, while ensuring compliance with applicable laws. Strong communication and bilingual Spanish skills are a plus as we help hardworking Americans

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in Sales, Collections or Customer Service preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilidades
