Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Bilingual - Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in Sales, Collections or Customer Service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Multitask and adapt to dynamic demands to deliver timely service.
• Exceed customer expectations with ease, empathy, and encouragement; meet branch goals.
• Develop new connections and maintain relationships; present tailored loan solutions.
• Manage the full loan life cycle, including collections and compliance with laws and regs.
• Engage with customers via phone, email, chat, and our in-house systems.
• Educate customers on loan terms and optional insurance products.
