World Acceptance Corporation is seeking a Financial Services Representative in Wisconsin to drive loan sales, assist customers with applications and tax preparation, and manage collections and account questions in a fast-paced, in-person setting.

You will handle daily outbound outreach, balance cash, and ensure compliance while delivering high-quality customer service. The role emphasizes performance-based earnings and career advancement opportunities within our branch network.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service, collections, or account management with measurable results.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current insurance.
• Ability to independently perform bank runs and transport deposits.

Responsibilities

• Drive and close loan sales by taking applications, explaining terms, and asking for the business.
• Conduct substantial daily outbound outreach for collections, applications, and new business generation.
• Manage delinquent accounts by securing payments and arranging payment plans.
• Assist customers in person with loan applications, tax preparation services, payments, and account questions.
• Process payments, update accounts, and balance cash; document all activity in company systems.
