You will handle payments, answer questions, and reach out to past-due accounts with clear and courteous communication. This role requires reliable teamwork and the ability to travel between locations as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable with computers and basic office equipment.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a bonus.
• Willingness to travel between locations and work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person or over the phone with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Explain loan options and underwriting guidelines to customers.
• Review applications, verify information, and ensure accuracy.
• Process loans quickly while adhering to underwriting standards.
• Explain loan contracts and help customers understand terms, payments, and due dates.
• Log notes and track promise dates in the system, with clear documentation.
