Louis Berk Law in Orlando, FL is seeking a warm, detail-oriented Bilingual Litigation Legal Assistant to join our growing team. You'll work closely with our attorneys and paralegals to provide administrative and litigation support while serving as a trusted point of contact for clients and witnesses.

You'll help coordinate schedules and deadlines, obtain important case documentation, prepare files for mediation and trial, and ensure details are handled accurately and on time.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
• 1+ years of relevant legal or administrative office experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills with empathy and tact.
• Excellent attention to detail and organization.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate depositions, mediations, calendars, and deadlines for attorneys.
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to attorneys and paralegals.
• Communicate professionally with clients, witnesses, and contacts.
• Request and organize medical records and documentation.
• Prepare case files for mediations and trials.
• Support case research and information gathering.
• Answer calls and maintain contact information.
