Qualifications

• Support a high-volume litigation practice with court filings, scheduling, deadlines, and document prep.
• Strong knowledge of Federal and State court rules and procedures.
• Must be bilingual in Spanish and English and able to handle multiple attorneys.

Responsabilités

• Assist with case administration, filings, calendars, and client billing.
• Coordinate hearings, deadlines, and calendars in line with court rules.
• Maintain organized electronic/paper case files and prepare legal documents.
