The ideal candidate is bilingual (English/Spanish), has a high school diploma, and demonstrates strong organizational and customer-service skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency required or preferred.
• Experience in a law firm and with clients is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Obtain medical records, bills, liens, and PIP logs; draft legal documents for attorney review.
• Manage attorney and litigation paralegal calendars; coordinate with clients and opposing counsel.
• E-file documents in Missouri’s E-portal system and maintain case management notes.
