Binding Minds Inc. is seeking three Litigation Legal Assistants for a well-established law firm in Miami, FL. Two openings support the International Arbitration group and require bilingual candidates.

Additional openings in Business Litigation and Creditors’ Rights do not require bilingual skills. On-site work with punctual attendance expected. Candidates should have 5+ years of law firm experience, strong knowledge of federal and state procedures, ability to manage multiple attorneys, and

Qualifications

• 5+ years of law firm experience as a Litigation Legal Assistant.
• Experience in mid- to large-sized law firms.
• Strong knowledge of Federal and State court procedures and deadlines.
• Experience supporting multiple attorneys and managing a high-volume workload.
• Ability to schedule hearings and other attorney commitments.
• Strong proofreading and drafting skills for legal documents.
• Experience with case openings, conflict checks, billing, records, expenses, reimbursements.
• Experience managing electronic and paper case files.
• Familiarity with client billing, narratives, billable tasks, edits, and delivering bills.
• Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, initiative, and follow-through.
• Ability to prioritize multiple assignments under deadlines.
• Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Knowledge of law firm case management and billing software.
• Knowledge of iManage, SmartTime, and Aderant preferred.
• Ability to work on-site and maintain reliable attendance and punctuality.
