Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC seeks an experienced Legal Assistant/Paralegal for a busy personal injury practice in Miami Lakes. The role supports the Managing Attorney across all phases of litigation in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of solid personal injury experience, strong English and Spanish bilingual skills, and excellent organizational abilities to manage deadlines and case files efficiently.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of solid personal injury experience.
• Prior litigation experience strongly preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Professional, dependable, and comfortable working independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Support the Managing Attorney throughout all stages of personal injury litigation
• Draft, prepare, and file pleadings, motions, discovery, correspondence, and other legal documents
• Assist with discovery requests and responses
• Maintain case files, calendars, deadlines, and court dates
• Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, medical providers, experts, and court personnel
• Obtain and organize medical records, billing documents, and other case-related materials
• Assist with deposition, hearing, mediation, and trial preparation
• Provide regular case updates and ensure matters move forward efficiently
• Perform additional administrative and litigation-support duties as needed
