Kin Insurance is seeking a bilingual licensed Customer Service Agent to support homeowners across 32 states. You will handle policy changes, payments, and coverage questions primarily by phone, with chat and email support as needed.

Qualifications

• Active P&C or Personal Lines license is required.
• Spanish bilingual proficiency is required.
• 6+ months of customer service experience in P&C (homeowners).
• Experience in a high-volume call center or customer support.
• Experience servicing homeowners insurance policies and explaining coverage.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls, chats, and emails with guidance on policies, payments, and coverage questions.
• Create, update, and process policies, endorsements, payments, and refunds accurately.
• Educate policyholders on coverage details and changes for informed decisions.
• Coordinate with banks/lenders to obtain required documents and ensure policy compliance.
• Navigate multiple systems to resolve inquiries efficiently.
• Identify process improvements and provide feedback to improve CX.
• Complete mandatory paid 10-week training and apply learnings live.
