Kin Insurance, a remote-first company, seeks an Insurance Sales Representative for Elite Insurance Group. You’ll handle inbound leads, consult on homeowners and related coverages, and build tailored policies across carriers.

Expect uncapped commissions, robust onboarding, and strong support from marketing and underwriting. Qualified candidates have 1+ year in insurance sales, a P&C license, bilingual ability, and experience with CRM tools.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of insurance sales experience in a brokerage environment.
• Bilingual ability (Spanish preferred).
• Experience selling with multiple carriers across states (home/auto/umbrella).
• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to build rapport.
• Proven negotiation skills and closing ability.
• Experience using CRM platforms and sales tools.
• Call center or brokerage experience preferred, familiarity with Citizens Property Insurance.

Responsibilities

• Connect with potential customers via phone, email, and text to assess insurance needs.
• Recommend tailored coverage from multiple carriers and explain features/benefits.
• Work with company-provided qualified leads to maximize opportunities.
• Follow up consistently to move prospects through the sales funnel.
• Meet or exceed sales goals while building customer relationships.
• Collaborate with underwriters and service teams to ensure a smooth experience.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and build customized policies using internal tools.
