Qualifications

1+ years of sales experience in various channels
Active resident license to sell Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance
Bilingual in Spanish and English
Able to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
Proven sales skills with the ability to influence customers and close
Verifiable high school diploma or GED
Strong computer navigation and PC skills
Ability to multitask with CRM tools and quoting systems
Must have high-speed internet and a US address
Smartphone for authentication and communication

Responsibilities

Sell insurance products by gathering information, generating quotes, and binding policies
Respond to inbound inquiries related to policy coverage, billing, and service
Resolve questions and service issues with professionalism and accuracy
Demonstrate empathy and active listening to ensure customers feel heard
Educate customers on policy options and documentation steps
