Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) or Personal Lines license is required.
• 6+ months of customer service experience in P&C, especially home insurance.
• Experience in a high-volume call center or customer support environment.
• Ability to navigate multiple systems and explain coverage, billing, and underwriting clearly.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume inbound/outbound interactions via phone, chat, and email.
• Create, update, and process homeowners policies, endorsements, payments, and refunds.
• Educate policyholders on coverage details and next steps.
• Coordinate with banks/lenders for required documentation and policy compliance.
• Navigate several internal systems to resolve inquiries efficiently.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and customer experience.
• Complete a mandatory 10-week paid training and apply learnings to live scenarios.
