Qualifications

• Active resident license to sell Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance
• 1+ years of sales experience (inbound/outbound, upselling, cross-selling)
• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Fast-paced, high-energy environment experience
• Proven ability to influence customers and close sales
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong computer navigation skills and solid PC knowledge
• Ability to multitask while using CRM tools, quoting systems, and customer interactions
• Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address
• Must have high-speed internet (min speeds: 10 Mbps upload / 50 Mbps download)

Responsibilities

• Sell insurance products by gathering information, generating quotes, and binding policies.
• Respond to inbound customer and agent inquiries related to policy coverage, billing, and service.
• Resolve questions and service issues requiring a license with professionalism and accuracy.
• Demonstrate empathy and active listening to ensure customers feel heard.
• Educate customers on policy options and documentation.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
• Navigate multiple systems while maintaining engaging conversations.
• Document interactions to ensure accuracy and continuity of service.
• Work from a quiet home environment, maintaining professionalism.
• Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile.
