Qualifications

• Active Accident & Health Insurance license in your state.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
• Strong customer service background.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to document interactions with attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a structured environment with scripts.
• Ability to work independently while staying engaged with the team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound outreach using approved dialing systems.
• Build rapport quickly and create positive customer experiences through professional, empathetic communication.
• Educate customers about programs, services, benefits, and next steps.
• Follow approved scripts and compliance requirements while maintaining an authentic and conversational approach.
• Accurately document customer interactions and follow-up activities within company systems.
• Address questions, identify customer needs, and elevate complex issues when appropriate.
• Protect sensitive customer information and comply with privacy, regulatory, and company requirements.
• Support inbound customer calls and other service initiatives as business needs evolve.
• Collaborate with teammates and cross-functional partners to deliver a seamless customer experience.
