The ideal candidate holds an Accident & Health Insurance license, is fluent in Spanish and English, and has a customer-focused attitude with the ability to document interactions accurately while collaborating

Qualifications

• Active Accident & Health Insurance License in your state of residence (required).
• Bilingual in Spanish and English (required).
• Strong customer service background with a passion for helping others.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage customers through outbound outreach using approved dialing systems and customer lists.
• Build rapport quickly and create positive customer experiences through professional, empathetic communication.
• Educate customers about available programs, services, benefits, and next steps.
• Follow approved scripts and compliance requirements while maintaining an authentic and conversational approach.
