Zinda Law Group in Austin, TX is seeking a Personal Injury Intake Specialist to be the first point of contact for prospective clients, guiding them through initial steps and helping them obtain representation.

You will conduct phone-based intake, build rapport, ensure accurate documentation, and collaborate with the team to move cases forward. This is an entry-level opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a professional personal injury firm.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
