Job summary

Zinda Law Group is looking for an intake professional who will be the first point of contact for potential clients, interview prospects to learn facts, determine if the case fits our practice areas, and own intake for new clients and their initial meetings.

You will collaborate with the intake and attorney teams, evaluate cases, explain services, and guide clients through next steps with empathy and strong listening. This role is based in Austin, TX with full-time hours.

Qualifications

• Licensed attorney with active status in the U.S.
• 1+ year in client intake or sales.
• Ability to evaluate cases and sign them up.
• Strong empathy and listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate potential cases for sign-up with the intake team.
• Speak with potential clients, answer questions, and assess cases.
• Represent the firm to explain services and secure sign-ups.
• Review contracts with new clients and explain next steps.
• Follow intake processes to set up new cases and inform the team.
