Job summary

Legacy Legal Recruiting LLC is seeking a Legal Case Manager to be the central contact for clients, coordinating medical treatment and supporting attorneys in building strong cases. This role is remote for candidates in the Denver area, with a focus on pre-litigation work and strong organization.

You will manage personal injury caseloads, track ongoing care, gather medical records, and prepare case documents while maintaining up-to-date digital files.

Qualifications

• Bilingual - English & Spanish is required.
• Pre-litigation experience is required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a legal case management role or as an insurance adjuster handling injury claims.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of personal injury cases from start to finish
• Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the duration of their case
• Collaborate closely under a direct attorney to support case strategy and execution
• Coordinate client medical treatment and track ongoing care
• Gather, analyze, and organize medical records and billing
• Assist in preparing demand packages and case documentation
• Maintain detailed, organized, and up-to-date digital case files
• Ensure timely case progression and proactive client updates
