Eddington Law Firm, LLC in Denver, CO is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Case Manager to own a pre-litigation caseload from intake through settlement. This full-time, on-site role handles your own files day to day, keeping clients informed and moving cases toward resolution.

Required: bilingual English and Spanish and case management experience at a plaintiff personal injury firm. Preference for Clio Manage and SmartAdvocate proficiency.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is mandatory.
• Case management experience at a plaintiff personal injury law firm is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of pre-litigation personal injury matters from intake through settlement using Clio Manage and SmartAdvocate.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients with regular status updates and empathetic support.
• Request, track, and organize medical records, medical bills, and police reports.
• Coordinate with medical providers, insurance adjusters, and opposing counsel.
• Track deadlines, calendars, and statutes of limitations.
• Prepare demand packages and settlement documentation.
• Keep case statuses and notes current in SmartAdvocate for every file.
