Qualifications

• Full professional fluency in English and Spanish required.
• Experience in personal injury case management or related legal support preferred.
• Ability to manage approximately 30 mixed inbound and outbound calls per day.
• Remote, US-based role with Pacific Time schedule.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned follow-ups with minimal supervision.
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and team to move cases forward.
• Escalate urgent concerns to the legal team.
• Provide timely case progress updates and maintain case files.
• Support post-intake file development and billing coordination.
• Assist with property damage coordination for auto accident cases when required.
• Track outstanding balances after clients complete medical treatment.
• Coordinate billing matters with medical providers to promote accurate and timely processing.
• Follow up persistently on outstanding medical records, bills, and incomplete documentation.
