Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to lead leasing, marketing, and resident relations for our multifamily properties. Regular on-site presence is required to show units, qualify leads, tour communities, and execute leases.

You will manage leasing paperwork, track leads, and support retention programs while ensuring excellent customer service and compliance with housing laws. This is a full-time on-site role with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills and on-site software proficiency.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease.
• Maintain positive resident relations and respond to concerns.
• Complete leasing paperwork and assist with audits, turnovers, and market surveys.
