Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage leasing, marketing, and resident relations for a property. Regular on-site attendance is required, with tasks including showing units, qualifying prospective residents, tours, and lease signings.

Qualifications

• Formal on-site leasing experience or strong front-desk customer service
• Familiarity with local housing laws and compliance basics
• Proficient with basic computer tasks and property management software

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease.
• Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data; respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Use sales and marketing strategies to increase traffic and hit leasing targets.
• Assist with lease audits, walk-throughs, and turnover processes.
• Provide strong customer service and address resident concerns to maintain satisfaction.
