Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage all aspects of leasing, marketing, and resident relations for our properties. The role requires regular on-site attendance, greeting and qualifying prospective residents, tours, and lease signing, with follow-up and paperwork completion prior to move-in.

You will support marketing plans, track leads, and ensure housing compliance. Education includes a High School Diploma or equivalent, with basic on-site software skills and knowledge of Fair

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lease, market, and maintain positive resident relations.
• Regular on-site attendance is required.
• Show, lease, tour the community, sign a lease, and close sales.
• Handle leases, lead generation, tours, and follow-up tasks.
• Complete leasing paperwork prior to move-in and assist with audits and turns.
• Maintain accurate prospect traffic and respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Support marketing and outreach efforts and monitor market conditions.
