Synectics Inc. in Oxnard, CA is seeking a Bilingual Leasing Associate / Assistant Property Manager for a 170-unit multifamily community. This onsite role will handle leasing, resident onboarding, property operations, marketing, and coordination with maintenance and vendors.

The position is 5 days a week, with Sunday and Monday off, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. It requires bilingual English/Spanish and collaboration with marketing firms to implement leasing strategies.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Strong knowledge in leasing, traffic, marketing, and working with the different marketing companies on strategies
• Processing applications and moving tenants in.
• Vendor relationships to make units ready
• Overseeing maintenance teams

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day leasing activities, including inquiries, conducting property tours, following up with prospects, and converting leads into leases.
• Monitor and manage leasing traffic, occupancy, and lead activity.
• Support marketing initiatives and work closely with external marketing companies to develop and implement effective leasing strategies.
• Process rental applications, verify information, and coordinate the move-in process for new residents.
