Willowstone Apartments is seeking a bilingual Leasing Consultant to join our onsite management team. You will engage prospects, conduct property tours, and showcase amenities to drive occupancy and rental growth.

The role requires coordinating applications, guiding applicants through background checks, and ensuring units are ready for move-in while delivering exceptional service to residents and supporting retention.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of related experience in leasing or customer service.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bilingual in English/another language preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Tour property with prospects and answer questions about amenities and grounds.
• Highlight lifestyle and quality of community to drive sales.
• Assist prospects in qualifying for an apartment by collecting information and initiating background checks.
• Ensure apartments are prepared for move-in.
• Deliver exceptional service to residents to exceed expectations and support retention.
• Coordinate paperwork related to apartment rentals and office activities.
• Other duties as assigned.
