Qualifications

• 1–3 years of leasing, sales or customer service experience
• Proficient in CRM platforms, leasing software, and digital tools
• Spanish speaking ability required
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Knowledge of Fair Housing and leasing regulations preferred

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents and schedule tours
• Promote apartment features, amenities, and lifestyle benefits
• Respond to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
• Process applications, conduct background checks, and prepare lease documents
• Facilitate renewals, move-ins, and move-outs for a seamless experience
• Maintain an organized leasing pipeline using CRM and follow-up systems
• Support resident retention and lease renewal campaigns
• Participate in marketing and community outreach to generate leads
• Ensure model units and common areas are tour-ready
• Assist with resident events and promotional activities
• Uphold workplace safety in line with policies
