Job summary

Omninet Capital, LLC is seeking a Spanish bilingual Leasing Consultant to coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals. You will interact with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and ensure retention and satisfaction.

You will support the Community Manager, require strong communication, sales experience, and knowledge of Fair Housing laws; Spanish bilingual ability is required. This role is onsite in Garland, TX.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Minimum of one year of customer service or sales experience.
• Minimum of one year of residential leasing experience.

Responsibilities

• Rent apartment homes, generate traffic, respond to inquiries, greet prospects, tour, qualify, and close sales.
• Inspect property daily for cleanliness and coordinate with management.
• Demonstrate features, apply product knowledge, and close the sale.
• Process rental applications, collect documents, schedule move-ins, and maintain lease files.
• Record traffic sources, follow up within 24 hours, and convert traffic to leases.
• Assist with marketing plans, outreach visits, and lead management.
• Handle move-in presentations, lease renewals, and addendums.
• Communicate clearly with residents and maintain professional appearance and compliance.
