Job summary

Avanath Capital Management, LLC is seeking a Leasing Specialist to drive leasing, marketing, and positive resident relations within our community near Bellevue. The role emphasizes delivering outstanding service, closing sales, and guiding applicants through the rental process.

You will collaborate with property staff, manage applications in Yardi, and help maintain a welcoming, compliant community. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is required; bilingual English/Spanish is highly desired.

Qualifications

• Passion for providing exceptional customer service.
• Bilingual English/Spanish highly desired.
• 2+ years in sales and/or customer relations, fast-paced environment.
• Working knowledge of Windows, Word, Excel, email.

Responsibilities

• Provide A+ customer service and greet/qualify all prospects.
• Record visits, manage applications, and deposit handling per policy.
• Demonstrate property features and close the sale to secure move-in.
• Assist with renewals and monitor notices to residents.
