Cintra Realty Group is seeking a motivated, customer-oriented leasing specialist for a new built community. You will conduct tours, convert inquiries into leases, and showcase features of the development to drive occupancy.

You will engage residents, address questions, and coordinate with maintenance to ensure a smooth move-in experience. Spanish bilingual ability is preferred and performance bonuses are offered.

Competenze

• Education requirements include high school diploma; associate or bachelor’s degree in real estate, business, or related field is a plus.
• Experience in leasing, real estate sales, or customer service is highly desirable.
• Proficiency with property management software and basic computer skills.

• Engage with prospective residents, provide tours, and convert inquiries into leases to achieve full occupancy.
• Serve as primary contact for new residents, addressing concerns and coordinating move-in.
• Assist in marketing strategies and organize events to attract residents and drive engagement.
• Maintain leasing records, schedule property tours, and support rent collection and administrative tasks.
