Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC in Miami is seeking a Leasing Consultant to execute marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.

You will be the primary contact for prospective residents, guide them through the leasing process, support resident satisfaction, and collaborate with on-site teams to enhance the resident experience. Bilingual in English and Spanish is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, hospitality, or related field preferred.
• 1-3 years minimum experience in sales, marketing, internet and customer service related to leasing/building occupancy.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively to explain features and close leases.
• Mathematical skills to process sales conversions.
• Ability to generate leads, present, qualify prospects, and close deals.

Responsibilities

• Greet, qualify prospects, conduct property tours, and process applications to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Record information from prospective residents and maintain lead data.
• Collaborate with onsite teams on market conditions, marketing plans, and programs to boost occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing activities and events to drive traffic to the property.
• Use on-site management software to track availability, traffic, and leasing data, and analyze demographics.
