General Services Corporation is seeking a Leasing Consultant to welcome prospective residents, show apartments, and guide applicants through the rental process. You’ll be part of a supportive team that values First Class service, collaboration, and professional growth.

The role requires at least 1 year in sales or customer service, strong organizational and communication skills, and Spanish fluency. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required, with opportunities for bonus

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in sales or customer service.
• Previous leasing experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn, grow professionally, and work collaboratively.
• Fluent in Spanish is required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Welcome potential residents by phone or in person to the GSC community.
• Show apartments and provide tours to assist in their search for a new home.
• Coordinate the rental application and qualification process with prospects.
• Collaborate with the Property Manager to coordinate community events.
• Assist residents with lease renewals and various requests.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents, prospects, applicants, and vendors.
