Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in leasing or real estate sales; multi-family leasing experience preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate with a diverse range of people.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office and property management software.
• Must be available to work weekends and evenings as needed.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and contribute to a positive work culture.
• Bi-lingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet prospective residents and show them available apartments that meet their needs.
• Conduct property tours and provide detailed information about the features and benefits of the apartment homes and community amenities.
• Respond to leasing inquiries, schedule appointments, and follow up with prospective residents.
• Process rental applications, verify credit and income information, and document lease agreements.
• Work collaboratively with the property management team to develop strategies to meet occupancy goals.
• Participate in marketing initiatives to promote the company and generate interest in available apartments.
• Assist current residents with lease renewals and provide ongoing customer service and support.
