Job summary
General Services Corporation (GSC) in Raleigh, NC is seeking a dynamic Leasing Consultant to join our apartment communities. You will handle communications with customers, prospects, residents, and applicants, and guide tours of available homes.
In this role you will deliver outstanding customer service, support the leasing process from tour to application, and help tenants find the right home while maintaining a welcoming, professional experience.
Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in sales and customer service
- Previous leasing experience is a plus
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Valid driver's license
- Passing of a criminal background check
