Qualifications

• 1+ year leasing or real estate sales experience, multi-family preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents and show apartments meeting their needs.
• Conduct tours and explain features of homes and amenities.
• Respond to inquiries, schedule appointments, and follow up.
• Process applications, verify income/credit, document leases.
• Collaborate with property management to hit occupancy goals.
• Assist with marketing to promote vacancies.
• Support current residents with renewals and service.
