• 6+ months of sales, customer-facing, or performance-driven experience preferred.

• Coachable and resilient with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Motivated by targets, results, and earning potential; comfortable with goals.
• Organized with follow-up, time management and attention to detail.
• Comfortable learning and using CRM systems to track leads and interactions.
• Professional, polished and brand-aligned representation.

Responsibilities

• Drive occupancy and revenue by achieving leasing goals, KPIs, and conversion targets.
• Actively manage your sales pipeline—follow up promptly, nurture prospects, and close leases.
• Use consultative selling to uncover needs, present solutions, and create value.
• Keep CRM records accurate and up to date for all interactions.
• Monitor lead activity, conversion metrics, and pipeline health.
• Stay organized to ensure timely follow-up and consistent engagement.
• Guide potential residents through the leasing process with confidence and care.
• Deliver a concierge-level experience and represent Cortland as a premium brand.
• Establish and maintain marketing programs and social media presence.
• Plan and execute resident events and engagement programs.
